The IFA team would like to dedicate this website to the memory of Larry LaPare, an IFA Founding Partner and our CEO, who died suddenly and unexpectedly on June 27, 2009. 

Larry was formerly associated for many years with Procter and Gamble, Liberty Richter of New Jersey and Tree of Life of Florida. He was devoted to his family, was a dedicated veteran of the food industry, enjoyed being with people and was an avid baseball fan. Larry served his country as a 1st Lieutenant with the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He received an AB in Government from Georgetown University Class of 1969 and held an MBA in Business from Roosevelt University. 

Larry was a friend, business colleague, and mentor to all of us. He will be truly missed.
